Please complete the form below if you are a Chicagoland animal talent agent seeking pets to model at a predetermined location, and you already have a photographer.

Whenever you have a modeling assignment, contact me first and I can let you know immediately if I have a referral in your needed breed.

If a suitable match is available, I can usually supply a digital headshot of the candidate within 24 hours via email, and a confirmed model within 24-48 hours, ready to show up at your future pet modeling shoot.
